Bir Rezervasyonu iptal etmek için, info@eurosportscamps.com adresine e-posta yoluyla bize bilgi vermeniz gerekir.

E-postanın gönderildiğine dair kanıt, e-postanın alındığına dair kanıt sayılmaz.

İade Politikamız

Rezervasyonunuzun bir parçası olarak, uluslararası öğrenci seyahat sigortasından yararlanacaksınız.

Lütfen bu teminat seviyesinin sizin ve bu rezervasyondaki katılımcı için yeterli olup olmadığını okuyun ve kontrol edin.

Eğer Rezervasyonunuzu yaptıktan sonraki 14 gün içinde ve kamp henüz başlamamışsa iptal ederseniz,

size tam bir geri ödeme yapılacaktır (ödenmişse depozitonuz da dâhil).

Eğer kampın yapılacağı yılın 1 Nisan tarihinden önce rezervasyonunuzu iptal ederseniz,

size depozitonuz dâhil olmak üzere geri ödeme yapılır, ancak £200 tutarında bir idari ücret kesilir.

Eğer 1 Nisan tarihinden sonra (ve rezervasyondan 14 gün sonra) veya kamp başladıktan sonra herhangi bir sebeple

(vize reddi hariç — bu durumda madde 7 geçerlidir; tıbbi acil durum, hastalık veya başka herhangi bir neden dahil)

rezervasyonunuzu iptal eder veya kısaltırsanız, bizden herhangi bir geri ödeme alamazsınız.

Bu durumda, rezervasyon bedelini geri almak için sigorta şirketiyle iletişime geçmelisiniz.

How to cancel a Booking

To cancel a Booking, You must inform Us by email to info@eurosportscamps.com. Proof of email dispatch is not proof of receipt. If You do not receive a response within 3 days, You should contact Us by telephone.

Our refunds policy

As part of Your Booking you will have the benefit of international student travel insurance, further details of which You can find here. Please read and check that this level of cover is adequate for You and the Participant for this Booking

If You cancel Your Booking within 14 days of making a Booking AND provided the Camp has not already started, We will provide you with a full refund (inclusive of Your Deposit (if any has been paid).

if You cancel Your Booking before 1 April in the same year as the Camp You Book. We will provide you with a refund (inclusive of Your Deposit (if any has been paid) less £200 administration fee.

If for any reason other than visa refusal, in which circumstances clause 7 shall apply, (including medical emergency, illness or anything else) You cancel or curtail a Booking on or after 1 April of the year of the Camp You Booked and more than 14 days after the Booking, or if the Camp has already started, You will not be due any refund from Us. You should contact the insurer if you think you have a claim to recover the price of the Booking.

If We do not receive Your balance payment on time We may cancel Your booking and You will not be due any refund. We will notify You of this by email.
