Kurs rezervasyonunu aşağıdaki şartlara tabi olarak iptal edebilirsiniz:

a) Tüm iptaller yazılı olarak yapılmalı ve tarafımızca bu bildirimin alındığı tarihten itibaren geçerli olacaktır.

b) Tüm depozito ödemeleri kesin olup, hiçbir koşulda iadesi yapılmayacaktır.

c) Kurs başlangıç tarihinizden önce yapılan iptallerde, aşağıdaki tabloya göre depozito tutarı hariç kalan kurs ücretinin orantılı iadesi yapılacaktır:

d) Kayıt olduğunuz günden itibaren 14 günlük cayma hakkınız vardır. Bu süre içinde iptal etmeniz durumunda, ücretin tamamı iade edilir.

90–119 gün = %50

45–89 gün = %10

0–44 gün = %0

Tüm iptaller kesinlikle yazılı olarak yapılmalı ve aşağıda belirtilen iletişim bilgilerine e-posta veya posta yoluyla gönderilmelidir. İptal bildirimi öğrenci adı, kurs tarihleri ve iptal nedeni (bilgilendirilmesi gereken diğer tüm hususlar dahil) içermeli ve tarafımıza fiilen ulaştığı tarihte geçerli olacaktır.

Öğrenci herhangi bir sebeple Kursu tamamlayamazsa, iptal bu maddeye uygun yapılmadığı sürece hiçbir şekilde iade yapılmayacaktır.

Bir iptali işlerken işlem ve idari masrafları karşılamak amacıyla £95 tutarında iptal ücreti talep etme hakkımızı saklı tutarız.

You can cancel the Course booking subject to the following conditions.

a) All cancellations must be made in writing and take effect from the date we receive such notice.

b) All deposit payments are final and no refund of the deposit will be made under any circumstances.

c) For cancellations before your Course start date, the remainder of the Course fees less the deposit amount will be proportionally refunded as per the table below: d) A 14 day cooling off period will be applied from the day you enrol. If you decide to cancel within 14 days, you will receive a full refund.

Any cancellation must contain the Student name, course dates and reason for cancellation (including any other information we should be made aware of) and shall be effective upon the date of actual receipt by us.

If the student is unable to complete the Course for any reason whatsoever then no refunds of any nature will be applicable unless the cancellation is in accordance with this clause

We retain the right to charge a cancellation fee of £95 in order to cover transaction and administrative charges when processing a cancellation.
